The Downtown Development Authority of Bainbridge (DDA) recently repainted the first floor of the 1903 Fordham Hotel (Nelson Building) located at 301 East Water Street. The DDA purchased the property five years ago from Mr. Nelson. Since the DDA acquired the property, the roof has been replaced, the back wall stabilized, and installed new floor joists on the first floor.
